Garanti Bank Unauthorized ₺600 Withdrawal From My Account Without Consent
Today, ₺600 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bankası checking account without my consent or approval. This was the only amount left in my account, and I did not perform this transaction myself. I have never experienced such an issue before. I also have the transaction receipt as proof.
I immediately reported the situation to Garanti Bank customer service, but I was told: “Money cannot be withdrawn without your permission.” Despite this claim, my money was clearly taken without my authorization, which has caused me serious inconvenience.
I demand the immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺600 withdrawal from my account.
