Refund For The Unauthorized AED 179 Charged On My Account

On 14/09/2026, an amount of AED 179 was charged from my debit card by PdfBilling.com for a subscription that I never signed up for and never approved. I did not knowingly create an account, start a trial, or agree to any recurring payment with this company. After noticing the transaction, I immediately contacted Pdf Billing and requested a refund of the AED 179. Instead of refunding me, they replied that the payment could not be refunded and offered to upgrade my account to lifetime free access. I clearly stated that I do not want lifetime access or any kind of subscription, because I never agreed to this service in the first place, and I only want my money back. I request that the unauthorized charge of AED 179 be fully refunded to my debit card and that any existing subscription or account linked to my details be cancelled so that no further charges are made without my consent.
