Files Editor and DRLX Charge Bank Account RM235 in Unauthorized Floating Fees

I recently discovered that my bank is attempting to deduct RM235 from my account twice for transactions linked to “pdfbilling.com” and “DRLX”, even though I do not have any active subscription with them and do not knowingly use any service from these merchants. Today my bank informed me that there are two “floating” charges of RM235 each from these merchants, which do not yet appear in my normal transaction history. I may have used a PDF editor-type service in the past, but I do not remember subscribing to anything or authorising a recurring payment of this amount. I was never clearly informed of any paid subscription, billing terms, or renewal, and I did not knowingly approve these RM235 charges. I request that any subscription or recurring payment associated with my details be immediately cancelled, that both RM235 charges be fully refunded, and that no further deductions be made from my bank account without my explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
