When receiving a package from Farfetch, I discovered a damaged item or the wrong size. How can I request a return or exchange?

Inspect the item upon delivery.
When the package arrives, carefully check the parcel and the item itself. If the packaging is damaged or the product doesn’t match your order, take photos immediately while unboxing.

Check the return policy.
Farfetch accepts returns within 30 days from delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels and tags attached.
Exceptions: personalized items, customized products, and some discounted items may not be eligible for return.

How to request a return:
• Log in to your Farfetch account → open “My Orders.”
• Select the relevant order → click “Return item.”
• Choose the reason (e.g., “Wrong size” or “Damaged item”) and upload photos if required.
• Follow the instructions to set up a free return using the designated shipping partner.

Refund process:
Once Farfetch receives and inspects the item, the money is refunded using the same payment method you used. Refunds usually take up to 14 business days.

If Farfetch doesn’t accept your return, ignores your messages, or doesn’t issue the refund, submit a complaint on Xolvie. This will help push the case forward and draw attention to your situation.
