FanShield Rejected My Claim For Pre-existing Health Issue!

I bought insurance for a sports event thinking it would cover anything, but then they denied my claim because a health issue came up before I even signed up. Of course they started asking for all these extras. It feels like they make it as hard as possible to actually get your money back. Me on the other side was furious as I thought I was being smart by getting it in the first place, instead of being understanding, they slammed me with a ton of paperwork! Getting insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind, not make things even more stressful with a bunch of hoops to jump through. Forget ever getting their insurance again. It's a total rip-off!
