Unexpected FamRadar Charge Appeared on My Bank Card

I was surprised to find a deduction from my bank card although I did not knowingly subscribe to or purchase anything from FamRadar. On 26/06/2012 at 13:18, an amount of USD 36.99 was taken from my Mada card ending in 9099, with the transaction appearing as an internet purchase from FamRadar and the sender reference showing 7799. I do not use the FamRadar application and I was not informed of any subscription or payment. I request a full refund of the USD 36.99 that was deducted without my clear consent or knowledge, and I want this transaction to be cancelled and removed from any active subscriptions that may have been created in my name without my awareness.
