I have a monthly FamRadar subscription and although I tried to cancel it on 12 June, the fee of $39.99 was still charged from my bank card, as can be seen from the attached transaction record. I request that my FamRadar subscription be fully cancelled and that the wrongly charged amount of $39.99 be refunded to the same card as soon as possible.
