FamPay Has Not Refunded My Mistaken UPI Transaction
I am writing regarding a wrong UPI payment of ₹500 that occurred on 10/06/2026 through my Fampay account. The amount was transferred by mistake, and this transaction is recorded in the app with the reference ID 616124697***. After realizing the error, I contacted customer support and was informed that you would try to talk and follow up regarding the transaction. However, I still have not received a clear resolution or confirmation about my money. I request that this case be urgently reviewed and that the full amount of ₹500 be refunded to my account, or that you take all necessary steps with the receiver’s bank and keep me informed in writing about the progress and final outcome of this transaction.
