Wrong Payment Not Refunded Yet

-I am writing regarding a wrong payment that occurred through the Axis Bank mobile banking app on 26 May 2026. An amount of ₹69 was debited and went to playstore1.bd@axisbank by mistake, and I did not intend to make this payment in this way. After noticing the issue, I contacted Axis Bank customer care about this wrong payment. However, the problem is still not resolved and the amount has not been returned to my account. I request Axis Bank to urgently check this wrong transaction of ₹69 made to playstore1.bd@axisbank on 26 May 2026 and process a full refund of ₹69 to my account as soon as possible. I expect a clear confirmation once the refund is completed.
