Unknown Transaction on FamPay

I am using the Fampay service. On 22 August 2026, ₹100 was deducted from my Fampay account. This transaction appears in the statement under the name “TESTBOOKEDUSOLUTIONSPRIVATE LIMITED” and the transaction ID is FMPIB6447563820. I do not know for what reason this ₹100 was deducted, and I was not given any clear information about this charge. I request that this ₹100 deduction be investigated immediately and that my money be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also ask you to clearly explain in writing what this fee or tax was taken for, so that such a problem does not occur again in the future.
