Rooted Problem Of FamApp

19

I use a Samsung A26 phone and while I was trying to make a payment in the FamApp, the application suddenly showed a warning saying that unusual activity was detected and that the app cannot be used on a rooted device. I have never rooted my phone and I am not using any third‑party application to change the system, so this warning is clearly a mistake. Because of this error I could not complete my payment and I am worried that I will not be able to use FamApp normally even though my device is not rooted. I have attached a screenshot of the warning on my screen as evidence. I request that you urgently check my account and device status, correct this false “rooted device” detection, and restore my full access to all FamApp features so that I can make my payments without interruption. I also ask you to inform me clearly about the reason for this situation and what was done to fix it.
