If FamApp crashes or won’t install, start with basic device health: free up storage space, update your phone OS, and make sure you’re installing the app from the official Play Store/App Store.
If it crashes on launch, go to Settings → Apps → FamApp → Storage and clear cache (and if needed clear data), then restart your phone — corrupted temp data often causes crashes.
On Android also uninstall any older versions or APKs before reinstalling the latest official release.
For install failures, check that your device meets minimum OS requirements and that you have a stable internet connection while downloading.
If Play/App Store gives a specific error code, note it — sometimes it points to insufficient storage, conflicting apps, or permission blocks.
Also ensure app permissions (Storage, Contacts, Phone) are allowed, as denied permissions can make the app quit immediately.
If nothing helps, try installing via a different network (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data), restart the device.
These are key solutions that we can offer. If you have more, please share.
