Refund Requested For An Accidental FamPay Wallet Transaction

On 29 July 2026 I accidentally made a payment of ₹59 from my FamX wallet to “Astrotime” through the FamPay app. I did not intend to make this payment and noticed the mistake about 30 minutes later. When I tried to fix the issue, I could not find any option in the app to cancel the transaction, contact support, or request a refund for this mistaken payment. Because of this, I am currently unable to get my money back even though the payment was clearly made by mistake. I request that this transaction be reviewed urgently and that the amount of ₹59 paid to Astrotime from my FamX wallet on 29 July 2026 be refunded to my wallet balance. I also ask that you provide a clear option or guidance in the app for such mistaken payments so that users can quickly raise a refund request in similar situations.
