Please Refund My Money

I am writing regarding a wrong payment I made through FamPay wallet and I kindly request your urgent support in getting it refunded. On 7 August, I accidentally tapped the wrong person in my contact list and sent 300 INR from my FamPay wallet (registered mobile number 7099169***) to the user shown as Gundreddy R***. I did not intend to send this payment to this person and realized the mistake only after the transaction was completed. The transaction details are visible in the attached FamPay payment confirmation screen. Since this was clearly an accidental transfer caused by selecting the wrong contact, I am requesting that this transaction be reversed and my 300 INR be refunded to my FamPay wallet. If a direct reversal is not possible, I request that you urgently contact the recipient from your side and assist in recovering the amount. I kindly ask you to review the transaction with the given TXN ID and inform me as soon as possible about the steps you can take to help me get my money back.
