Payment Done By Fam App Without Recognition

Today, 13 July, a person named Ramsingh M*** sent me a QR code. As soon as I opened or scanned this QR code via the Fam app, a total of 980 rupees was deducted from my account through several payments without my clear consent. Right after noticing these unauthorized deductions, I tried to contact Fam app support by phone, but my calls were not answered and I could not reach any representative. At the moment, I have received no support or explanation from the Fam app side. I request that all these unauthorized payments totalling 980 rupees be fully refunded to me as soon as possible and that the account belonging to Ramsingh M*** be investigated and blocked to prevent further fraud attempts. I also expect a clear written explanation of how these payments were processed and what security measures will be taken so that such a situation does not happen again.
