I Need a Refund for a Mistaken UPI Payment Sent Through FamPay

On 7 June 2026 at around 1:22, I made a payment of ₹399 through the Fam app from my Bank of Baroda account. The transaction reference for this payment is FMPIB5746047615. This payment was accidentally sent to the wrong UPI ID 81782643**@yesfam and did not go to the correct person or account as intended. After noticing the issue, I contacted support using my mobile number 81782643** and reported that the payment of ₹399 with reference FMPIB5746047615 was wrongly made to UPI ID 81782643**@yesfam. However, the problem is still not resolved. I request that this wrong payment of ₹399 made to UPI ID 81782643**@yesfam be reversed or refunded to my Bank of Baroda account at the earliest and that the transaction FMPIB5746047615 be properly checked and corrected.
