I Need a Refund for a Failed rvip.com Deposit Through Fampay

On 7 June at approximately 1:12 AM, I attempted to make a deposit of 100 via Fampay to my account on rvip.com. The transaction failed, and the amount did not get credited to my rvip.com balance. Although the deposit was unsuccessful, the money was deducted from my Fampay account, and I have still not received any refund. I contacted customer support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and my money has not been returned. I request an immediate refund of the 100 that was deducted for this failed deposit back to my Fampay account as soon as possible.
