Google Play Accidental Payment Not Refunded After Report
On 17 June, I made a wrong transaction via FamPay for a Google Play payment of ₹800 with transaction ID FMPIB5857832592. This was an accidental payment, I did not intend to make this purchase, and I did not receive any product, service, or in‑app item in return. I noticed the mistake in my FamPay and Google Play history and immediately wanted to get my money back. I am using FamPay from Sriganganagar F Block. I have already contacted support regarding this issue within 24 hours, but my problem has not been resolved and the amount has still not been refunded. Since this was an unwanted and accidental transaction and I received no benefit from it, I do not think it is fair that I bear this loss. I kindly request that the ₹800 be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that I be informed once the refund is processed.
