Free Fire Max FamPay Top Up Charged Me Twice for One Payment

Today at around 5:26 in the evening, I made a top up payment for Free Fire Max using the Fampay payment method. The amount I paid was 80 INR, for my game account with UID 9997645639. However, I was charged twice for this same top up. I did not receive any support or explanation because I have not yet been able to reach customer service, but I can clearly see that two separate charges of 80 INR were taken for this one transaction. I urgently need this money, so I request that the extra 80 INR that was incorrectly charged be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that the issue with this double charge be checked and resolved so that it does not happen again.
