On 17 January at around 6:29, I mistakenly sent an amount of ₹380 through FamPay in relation to a Free Fire ID purchase. The person I paid, who turned out to be a scammer, used the phone number 91874773***. After receiving the money, this person did not provide the promised Free Fire ID and effectively scammed me. For this transaction, the reference ID is FMPIB4350687***. I contacted FamPay customer support and explained that I was scammed by this seller and that the payment was made by mistake in the context of an online game ID purchase. Despite this, I have not received my money back. I urgently request that the amount of ₹380 be refunded to my FamPay account and that necessary action be taken against the account or number linked to 91874773*** involved in this scam.
