FamPay Wrong Payment
On 07-05-2026, I accidentally made a wrong payment of 108 rupees through the Fampay app. Inside the app, I saw an option related to game subscription and I thought it was the section for Google Play redeem codes, so I proceeded, believing I was paying to generate a redeem code. However, the payment went to the business account “playstore1.bd@axisbank”, which I now understand is not the correct Google Play redeem code section. I did not receive any redeem code or the expected service after this transaction, and I do not know who actually owns this business account. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, the payment to “playstore1.bd@axisbank” be cancelled or reversed if possible, and my 108 rupees be refunded to my Fampay balance or original funding source. I also ask to be informed clearly about the nature of this business account and how such a misleading game subscription description appeared in the app so that similar incidents do not happen again.
