Fix FamPay Wrong UPI Transfer

Through this message I would like to report a wrong UPI transfer made using FamPay and request a refund. On 19 August 2026 I accidentally sent 500 INR via FamPay UPI to the wrong person. I do not know this person; the money was sent by mistake and they were not the intended recipient. The amount was debited from my account and the transfer went through successfully, and I realised the mistake only after seeing the confirmation screen. I kindly request FamPay to urgently look into this wrong transfer, contact the recipient if possible, and refund my 500 INR back to my account. I am ready to share the transaction ID and any other details you may need so that the amount can be reversed. I expect your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
