FamX Wallet Erroneous Payment Triggers ₹250 Refund Request

I am writing regarding a wrong payment made through FamPay on 2 September 2026. An amount of ₹250 was accidentally sent from my FamX wallet, and the transaction went through successfully in favour of a person named NAMAN SINGH with Transaction ID FMPIB6522689835. This payment was done by mistake and I did not intend to send this money to that person. I noticed the error after seeing the transaction confirmation screen and I have a screenshot that clearly shows the details of this wrong payment. I kindly request FamPay to investigate this mistaken transaction and help me with a full refund of the ₹250, either by reversing the transaction or crediting the amount back to my FamPay account. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed about the steps taken and the final outcome.
