FamX Payment Failed but Amount Deducted From Wallet

Today I tried to pay 50 rupees for food to a merchant named Birendra Kumar S*** using the FamX wallet. The transaction showed “payment failed”, but 50 rupees were still deducted from my wallet balance. I also have the transaction details and UTR number visible in my FamX payment screen as proof that the amount was debited even though the payment was not completed to the merchant. I have not received any help yet and the money has not been returned. I request that the deducted 50 rupees be refunded back to my FamX wallet as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be given about why this has happened and when it will be resolved.
