Fampay Wrong UPI Transfer Has Still Not Been Resolved
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a wrong UPI transfer made through Fampay on 4 May. An amount of ₹500 was deducted from my Fampay balance and was mistakenly sent to the UPI ID 96997479****@airtel, in the name of ABHIJEET VITTHAL JALLE****, instead of the intended recipient. After noticing this issue, I contacted Fampay customer support and reported that the money had gone to the wrong account. However, I have not received any response or assistance from Fampay so far, and the issue remains unresolved. I request Fampay to urgently look into this wrong transfer, investigate the transaction, and help me recover or reverse the ₹500 that was debited from my Fampay balance. I expect a clear update on the status of this case and a prompt resolution as soon as possible.
