I am a FamPay user in Giridih, Jharkhand, and on February 16, I became a victim of fraud through a UPI transaction made from my FamPay wallet balance. I transferred $17 via UPI to a person named Narendra Kushwaha, whose UPI ID is 7415370428@axl, and he turned out to be a scammer. After sending the money, I realized I had been deceived and was unable to recover the funds from this individual.
I contacted FamPay customer support regarding this fraudulent transaction, but so far I have not received any response or assistance. I am very disappointed that no action or clear guidance has been provided, even though this involves fraud and the loss of my money.
I request that FamPay urgently investigate this UPI transaction made from my wallet to Narendra Kushwaha (UPI ID: 7415370428@axl) and assist me with a chargeback or refund of $17 if possible. I also request that this individual’s account be blocked and that appropriate action be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening to other users. I expect a prompt and clear response from FamPay regarding the status and outcome of this investigation.
