FamPay Support Not Helping After Accidental Payment

On March 5, I accidentally sent 2,000 through the FamPay app to an unknown person. The payment was made from my Famx account, and I realized afterward that the recipient was not the person I intended to send the money to.

After discovering the mistake, I contacted Famx support multiple times by email and explained that the transfer had been made in error. However, I have not received any proper response, and no visible action has been taken to help me recover the money.

I kindly request that Famx urgently review this mistaken transaction and refund the full amount of 2,000 to my account. If this is not possible, I request a clear and justified explanation as to why the refund cannot be processed.

I expect a prompt and detailed written response and that this issue be handled seriously and without further delay.
