FamPay Sent to Wrong Person by Mistake

I used the Fampay app to send money, but ₹300 was sent to the wrong person by mistake. On 03 August 2026, a successful payment of ₹300 was made through FamApp to a person named Rubel A***. The UTR number is 658187254029 and the transaction ID is 019fc5d9-25a4-770d-ae34-652bce38d199. This transfer was not done intentionally to this person. It was a wrong transfer, and I did not want to send money to this account. Because of this mistake, I have lost ₹300. I request Fampay to urgently check this wrong transaction, reverse it, and return my full ₹300 to my account as soon as possible. I also request a clear written reply explaining what action has been taken and when I will get my refund.
