FamPay Account Blocked Without Explanation

I am facing an issue with my Fampay account, which has been blocked for about one month and I am unable to use it. There is approximately 182 rupees in the account which I cannot access, and I did not receive any SMS, e‑mail or in‑app notification explaining the reason for this block. My registered mobile number on Fampay is 7999024***. Around the time my account was blocked, I was making a payment using a different mobile number. After that, my Fampay account stopped working, but I was not informed of any specific rule violation or verification requirement. I use my Fampay account for my daily expenses, so blocking it without any clear information has caused me a lot of difficulty. I request that my Fampay account be checked and unblocked as soon as possible so that I can use the service again and access my balance. If Aadhar or any other KYC document is required, I am ready to provide it immediately so that the issue can be resolved quickly.
