FamApp Support Isn't Responding to My Suspended Account Complaint

I have been using a buyer/user account on Famapp, and for the last 6 days my account has been suspended without a clear explanation. When I tried to log in, I suddenly saw a message on the screen saying “Unusual Activity Detected” and since then I have not been able to access my account. After the suspension, I sent an email to Famapp support to ask why my account was suspended and to resolve the issue, but I have not received any reply from their side. The lack of communication and explanation is very upsetting and makes it impossible for me to use the services I signed up for. I kindly request that my Famapp buyer/user account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible, or at least that I am given a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for this suspension.
