I made a UPI deposit of 100 rupees to my Jalva account through the FamX wallet on 20 July 2026. The transaction receipt clearly shows that the money was paid successfully, with a UTR number 620193398371, but this amount is still not showing in my Jalva deposit history or balance. My Jalva account can be found with this Jalva ID: 11184***. Despite the payment being successful on the FamX side, there is no trace of this deposit inside Jalva, which is causing me financial inconvenience. I request that you urgently check this missing deposit, locate it using the UTR 620193398371 and my account detail, and either credit the 100 rupees to my Jalva balance or clarify the exact reason why it has not been added.
