Accidentally Paid In Wrong Number

On 23 September 2026 at around 09:08 pm, I mistakenly recharged a Jio number with the wrong mobile number through the Fampay app. I selected a ₹198 Jio recharge plan, but instead of my own Jio number, the amount was applied to the wrong number 9863339***. The transaction was completed successfully, and the payment confirmation on Fampay shows a Jio prepaid payment of ₹198 on 23 September 2026 with the transaction ID FMPIB6658042816. My correct Jio number is 6009614***, and I intended to recharge this number with the ₹198 plan. Since the recharge has already gone through on the wrong number, I am unable to correct this from my side. I kindly request that this mistaken recharge either be reversed and refunded or, if possible, transferred from the wrong number 9863339*** to my correct number 6009614*** so that I can use the plan I paid for. I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
