On 21/03/2026, I made a mobile recharge of 219 rupees through Fampay using the Recharge service, but I accidentally sent the top‑up to someone else’s number instead of my own. This was an honest mistake during the transaction and the recharge was credited to the wrong person. After realizing the error, I contacted support, but I did not receive any clear information or help about what could be done in this situation. I am now left without the benefit of the recharge, even though the payment was successfully taken from my Fampay account. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and that the 219 rupees be refunded to my Fampay account or that the recharge be corrected to my own number, so that I do not suffer a financial loss because of this mistake.
