Accidental FamPay Payment Needs Refund and Transaction Review

Today I mistakenly sent 1500 via QR transfer through FanPay to the wrong recipient. The payment was not intended for this person and was made in error. The transaction reference number for this transfer is FMPIB5293962292.

As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted FanPay support and requested that the transaction be canceled or reversed so that my money could be returned. However, I was informed that the amount could not be refunded, and no alternative solution was provided.

I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the amount of 1500, sent by mistake under reference number FMPIB5293962292, be refunded to me. If a direct refund is not possible, I expect FanPay to provide a clear and reasonable solution to prevent this financial loss.
