FacelessReels Charged Me After Cancellation and Failed to Deliver Promised Videos
I subscribed to a Facelessreels subscription on their website, paying $19 by card with the expectation of receiving three videos per week for the first month. However, during that first month they only posted four videos in total instead of the agreed number, so I decided to cancel the subscription because the service I paid for was not delivered. Despite cancelling after realizing the videos were not being uploaded as promised, I was charged again $19 about a month after the first subscription. This second payment was completely unexpected, as I had already cancelled and did not consent to being billed for another month. I have not been able to find any contact information for Facelessreels customer support, so I am raising this complaint here. I request a full refund of the extra $19 charged after cancellation, as well as a refund or appropriate compensation for the first month during which Facelessreels did not deliver the agreed number of videos. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
