Instagram Password Reset Fails—No Code Received After 20 Tries

Since yesterday, I haven’t been able to log in to my Instagram account. I’ve tried to reset my password multiple times—around 20 attempts—via both SMS and email, but the reset code never arrives. My account has two-factor authentication enabled, and I’ve confirmed that my contact information is correct.

I haven’t yet contacted Instagram Support, but this issue needs urgent attention. My account name is k** z***** a***. I’ve never made any payments or used any paid services on Instagram.

I’m requesting that the password reset code be sent to me as soon as possible so I can regain access to my account.
