I Got Charged an Extra ₺1000 by FaceApp Despite Already Paying Monthly via SMS

I’ve been using FaceApp with an active subscription and have been paying regularly on a monthly basis via SMS billing. However, I was just charged an additional ₺1000 out of nowhere, and I have no idea what this extra payment is for. I did not approve or authorize any yearly or premium upgrade, and I never received a notification explaining this charge.

It’s incredibly frustrating that there's no phone number or proper support channel to contact. I’m paying monthly, so why am I being billed this much again? This feels like an unauthorized charge that needs to be reversed immediately.

I’m demanding an urgent refund of the ₺1000 that was taken from me without justification. FaceApp needs to clarify what this charge was for and ensure that it never happens again. I expect a fast resolution and official confirmation that the extra payment has been canceled and refunded.
