I Got Charged ₺1000 by FaceApp After Trial Ended Without My Consent

After using the 1-week free trial of FaceApp, I was shocked to see that ₺1000 was automatically withdrawn from my mobile bill without any warning, notification, or approval. I never agreed to continue the subscription beyond the trial period, nor did I authorize any payment. The charge was completely unexpected and unjustified.

I was not informed when the trial would end or that such a high amount would be deducted if I didn’t cancel in time. This feels like a trap rather than a fair subscription model. I immediately canceled the subscription the moment I noticed the charge, but the payment had already been processed.

I urgently demand a full refund of the ₺1000 charged to my account. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through my mobile service provider and take legal steps if necessary. FaceApp should not be charging users without their knowledge or consent—this needs to be addressed and corrected immediately.
