I Accidentally Started a FaceApp Subscription and Want It Fully Canceled Immediately
Today, while trying to use a regular filter on FaceApp, I accidentally triggered a subscription. I didn’t mean to activate anything paid—I was simply testing the app. As soon as I realized what had happened, I immediately canceled the subscription. However, the app still shows that the subscription will remain active until 07/03/2026, and I can see that payment is already being processed.
I’m extremely frustrated because I never intended to purchase a subscription, and this happened in a matter of seconds. It was not clearly explained or confirmed before initiating the charge. Now I’m stuck in a cycle I didn’t agree to.
I urgently request that FaceApp cancel the subscription completely and stop any attempt to withdraw money from my account. This situation needs to be addressed immediately, and I expect confirmation that the subscription has been fully terminated with no charges applied. Please help me resolve this before any payment goes through.
