I canceled FaceAI premium but my card was charged again today, what should I do?

First verify whether the subscription was actually canceled and gather proof immediately.

Check subscription status;

• iPhone:
– Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– FaceAI should show “Expired” or “Canceled”

• Android:
– Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions
– Confirm auto-renewal is off

Deleting the app alone does not cancel subscriptions.

Collect evidence;

• Save:
– Cancellation confirmation emails
– Screenshots of subscription status
– Today’s charge
– Previous support messages

Contact FaceAI support again;

• Request:
– Refund for the new charge
– Written confirmation of cancellation
– Removal of saved payment methods

If support does not respond:
– Request a refund through Apple or Google
– Contact your bank and dispute the post-cancellation charge

You can also ask your bank to:
– Block future recurring payments
– Stop merchant authorization
– Replace your card if charges continue
