I made a reservation through Expedia for the Sofia Hotel in Budapest, but when we arrived, we were denied entry because the hotel claimed to be fully booked. They passed the blame onto Expedia. How can we retrieve our funds? Who should we reach out to? Our vacation was completely spoiled. We have experienced significant hardships, both in terms of our finances and our emotional well-being.
