I Can’t Report Missing Etsy Order Because Guest Checkout Link Doesn’t Work

On March 10, 2025, I made my very first purchase on Etsy using guest checkout, without creating an account. The item I ordered is marked as delivered on April 6, but I never received it. When I tried to report the issue or leave feedback, Etsy required me to open an account and link the order using the confirmation email I originally received.
Here's the problem: The link in that email doesn’t work. It either doesn’t appear or leads to a “not available” page. I searched online and found a local support email address (i***@etsyturkiye.com), but when I contacted them, the email bounced back or remained unanswered.
This is extremely frustrating. I paid for an item that never showed up, and now I can’t even open a case or contact the seller properly because Etsy’s system won’t allow guest users to access their orders if the link is broken. I’m left with no support, no product, and no refund.
