Unable to Correct Taxpayer Info on Etsy, No Cancel Option Available

Hello,

I recently started selling on Etsy and have an artisan exemption certificate. Unfortunately, I made a mistake while filling out the taxpayer information section by entering my tax ID incorrectly. Now, Etsy is showing an error message stating, "Name does not match, please upload the correct document."

The bigger issue is that there’s no cancel or edit option available for me to fix this mistake. I am stuck and unable to proceed with my setup due to this error.

I kindly request Etsy to provide guidance on how to resolve this issue. It is crucial for sellers to have the ability to correct mistakes like this. I expect a prompt solution so I can continue operating my shop. Thank you.
