I purchased an Estée Lauder lipstick from Boyner, and I paid a significant amount for it considering how small the product is. However, when I got home and tried to use it for the first time, the lipstick broke completely from the base, even though I had only twisted it up slightly.
It’s extremely disappointing that a luxury product for which I paid thousands of lira broke before I could even use it once. I expect Estée Lauder to contact me as soon as possible and resolve this issue, either by replacing the product or providing a refund.
