Estée Lauder Skincare Set Arrived Used and Unregistered

I have been using Estée Lauder products for a long time and have always enjoyed them, but this was the first time I ordered them through Trendyol. I received the Estée Lauder Skincare Set, which included Advanced Night Repair Serum 20 ml, Revitalizing Supreme Cream 5 ml, and Eye Cream 5 ml, in Ankara. However, the products arrived used and had “not for sale” written on them, meaning items that should normally be promotional or gift products were sold to me for money. On top of that, I could not find a UTS registration for the products, which seriously damaged my trust.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I created a return request through Trendyol and contacted customer service. My return process has been showing as “your return is being reviewed” for two days, and I still have not received a clear response. I am extremely uncomfortable that used products marked “not for sale” were sent to me under order number 10587223635, and frankly, I find the seller’s behavior very concerning and untrustworthy.

I also wonder whether Estée Lauder is aware that products are being sold this way under its brand name. I request that these used products, which are marked “not for sale” and do not appear to have UTS registration, be investigated. I also request that the seller be properly reviewed and that the full amount I paid be refunded without delay.
