Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Caused Breakouts

I have been regularly using the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum, Revitalizing Supreme moisturizer, and eye cream set that I purchased from Hepsiburada for about one week. Shortly after I started using the products, I began experiencing intense acne and comedones on my skin, which is not something I normally deal with.

I received the products on June 22 and stopped using them because of these negative skin reactions. I have not yet contacted Hepsiburada customer service or the seller, but because of the skin problems these products caused, I am requesting to return the set and receive a full refund of the amount I paid.

I kindly ask that this negative experience be taken seriously and that my issue be resolved in consideration of my skin health.
