Enterprise has created the "Complete Clean Pledge" to make sure that all of their vehicles, rental locations, and shuttles are thoroughly cleaned and germ-free. This all-around method includes a 20-step process for cleaning the inside of the car, including dashboards, seats, steering wheels, and door handles. When cleaning, disinfectants are used to get rid of germs and bacteria effectively.
An extra Clorox® Disinfecting Wipe is in every rental car in the U.S. and Canada so that you can keep your car even cleaner while you're away. Also, places that get a lot of use in public places, like door handles and counters, are cleaned and sanitized often.
There are, however, some possible concerns to think about. Enterprise tries to keep things clean all the time, but sometimes things get messy because of things like lack of time or mistakes made by people. Previous renters' habits can also affect how clean the car is; some may have left it cleaner than others, leaving behind crumbs, pet hair, or smells that linger. Remember that just because something looks clean doesn't mean that microscopic germs and allergens aren't there. They may still be there, especially for people who are already sensitive.
