On October 14, I rented a BMW X1 through Enterprise in Kocaeli, Turkey. During this rental process, on the same day, I received a call from a UK phone number (+44 772 3443195) from a woman who introduced herself as “Berna”, claiming to be a customer service representative conducting a satisfaction survey.
Because the call came from a foreign number, I politely asked to verify the authenticity of the call. In response, the caller insulted me, hung up, and said, “You’re on the blacklist now.” This was shocking and extremely upsetting — no customer should be spoken to rudely or threatened, especially during what was described as a customer satisfaction call.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the Enterprise brand. I request that a responsible representative contact me to investigate this incident and ensure that such unprofessional behavior is addressed appropriately.
