Enterprise Cologne Double-Charges Customer $277 for Pre-Paid Rental

On April 25, 2025, I booked a rental car through Booking.com under confirmation number 756729925 and paid $277 using my credit card. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle at the Enterprise office in Cologne on April 29, 2025, they charged me the rental fee a second time under reservation number 2106965857.
As a result, I was forced to pay twice for the exact same rental car. I contacted both Booking.com and Enterprise regarding this matter, but I have received no resolution whatsoever and my grievance remains unresolved.
Of the duplicate charges collected, I demand a full refund of the $277 I paid through Booking.com.
