My eFootball Account Has Been Lost

I have been playing Konami eFootball on Android for about two years, and today my entire squad suddenly disappeared and my account was reset as if I had just downloaded the game for the first time. My in-game username is “Divine201***”. I did not request any reset or deletion of data, and I have always used the same device and account to play. All of my previous progress, players and team setup are gone, and the game is now making me start over from the beginning. This is very upsetting after spending so much time building my squad over a long period. I would like my old squad and all of my previous game data associated with the username to be restored as soon as possible, or at least a clear explanation of what happened and whether this can be fixed. I kindly request that you investigate my account and help me recover my lost progress.
